How long it takes
| Delivering to | Standard | Express |
|---|---|---|
| Tamil Nadu | 3 days | 1 day |
| Rest of India | 6 days | 4 days |
Days are counted from the day you order. Enter your pincode at checkout or on a product page to see the date your order would arrive.
Ordering for a festival
Before Deepavali, Pongal and Tamil New Year, the home page shows the last day to order for delivery in time. We keep one spare day, so a saree arrives before the festival and not on it.
When we dispatch
We dispatch your order once your payment has reached us. The delivery times above count from then.
Tracking your order
We message you on WhatsApp when your order is sent. If you want to know where it is, see Track order.
If something is wrong
If your parcel is late or arrives damaged, message us as soon as you can through Contact us and we will put it right.
